- Master's degree or PhD in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, or a related agricultural discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in agronomy, soil science, or crop production.
- Strong knowledge of soil chemistry, physics, biology, and their impact on plant growth.
- Experience with experimental design, data collection, and statistical analysis in an agricultural context.
- Proficiency in using agricultural software, including GIS and remote sensing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
- A passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation.
- Experience in advising diverse agricultural operations is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical solutions.
