You will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge agronomic techniques to ensure the health, productivity, and environmental sustainability of the crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement crop management plans, including soil health assessment, nutrient management, pest and disease control, and irrigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular field inspections to monitor crop growth, identify potential issues, and provide timely recommendations.
  • Advise farmers on the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices, such as cover cropping, reduced tillage, and integrated pest management (IPM).
