Key job responsibilities
Campaign & Content Production
- Oversee all operational aspects of creative projects from inception to final delivery, including briefs, scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking, post-production, and reporting.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end production of digital marketing campaigns, video content, and other creative assets across mobile, web, and social media platforms.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges in production workflows to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creative objectives, legal guidelines, and deliverables.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices for creative execution, asset management, and talent resourcing.
Event Production & Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up for multiple large-scale events, ensuring smooth logistics, onsite execution, and follow-up reporting.
- Develop project plans, set clear timelines, and track deliverables to meet event objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party event agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of events.
- Manage event communications, including stakeholder briefings, internal reports, and external messaging.
- Oversee event technology, media playback, presentation support, and venue coordination.
- Collect, analyze, and report on event performance metrics to drive improvements YoY.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in campaign production, event production, or project management within a creative studio, agency, or in-house marketing team.
- Proven expertise in producing luxury and premium video content, with an understanding of virtual production, digital content creation, and post-production workflows.
- Strong background in event planning and execution, managing multiple events and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and align teams towards common goals.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, agencies, and technical partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proficiency in event and content production tools, including scheduling software, budgeting tools, and digital asset management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design and video editing tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.

Rocksteady is looking for a Lead Technical Animator to join our dedicated and
collaborative team working on AAA titles.
The role involves leading, supporting and developing our team of friendly and
passionate technical animators. You'll also be applying your technical expertise
directly by creating rigs, developing pipelines and collaborating with art and
animation teams to solve all kinds of problems.
Working closely with a plethora of leads and directors - you'll be developing
outstanding art assets with brilliant deformation alongside making easy to use
tools for gaining efficiency and quality.
**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Supervise/create high quality character, body and facial rigs.
+ Collaborate with the art and animation teams to assist on technical
challenges and improve pipelines and processes.
+ Integrate, research and develop new technologies and tools to advance quality, efficiency and adaptability of animation, rigging and art pipelines.
+ Create schedules/roadmaps alongside the production team.
+ Leading and supporting the technical animation team through hiring, mentoring and running 121s/appraisals.
+ Create and manage documentation for tools and processes within animation and asset processes in the studio.
**Qualifications & Experience.**
+ Applicable understanding of anatomy and body mechanics.
+ Relevant rigging/technical animation experience.
+ Strong working knowledge of Python in Maya and coding standards and practices.
+ Engine animation experience (Unity/Unreal).
**Bonus Points:**
+ Experience with gameplay technical animation - such as state machines, cloth, physics and ragdoll setups - particularly in Unreal.
+ Experience with Jira and/or Shotgrid.
+ Experience with Motionbuilder, motionbuilder API and mocap processes.
+ Experience with facial rigging.

We're looking for someone who will enjoy working directly and independently with clients across the Amazon Music business and proactively collaborating with Amazon's entertainment legal teams. This role would suit an innovative problem solver who loves learning about new areas and coming up with creative solutions, thrives on unique challenges and is interested in opportunities to work with AI tools.
You will be the primary legal support for several Amazon Music business clients in the UK and the EU, working closely together with US business and legal counterparts. You will directly advise our music business on a broad range of entertainment regulatory matters, including working as the lead lawyer on strategic projects. Next to this, you will provide day-to-day advice to clients on a wide range of legal areas, notably content licensing and product counselling for new business initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Negotiating and drafting complex licensing, distribution and other commercial and industry agreements
- Providing strategic guidance on various regulatory matters (in particular, on compliance with new laws), licensing and new entertainment industry developments
- Closely cooperating internationally with business and legal stakeholders
- Some travel may be required
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years post-qualification legal experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to act as a business partner
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a national or international law firm, preferably with experience working on copyright/licensing, technology, or regulatory matters
- Ability to develop creative and pragmatic solutions to novel legal questions
- Good judgment in ambiguous and complex situations
- Ability to deliver results independently
- Command of other European languages, in particular Spanish, Italian, French or German is a plus

We collaborate with product and creative teams across Meta to design audio for video, post-production audio, final mixing and mastering, audio field recording, sound effects, and large scale content projects across a wide range of software and hardware, including but not limited to your phone, glasses, VR headsets and a mix of Augmented Reality/Mixed Reality across these devices. Creative Audio is looking for an experienced Sound Designer to join our Metaverse Events and Avatars team at Meta. As a Sound Designer, you must have a passion for sound, and a demonstrated history of sound design for interactive and immersive experiences. You will be an instrumental part in the day-to-day sound design across Meta audio experiences. In this role you will collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional product teams, as well as provide creative feedback. You will also be supporting game audio from our game studios, and entertainment content team, music and sports.
