Responsibilities:
In your new role, you will work closely with the Brand Director and Marketing Executive to:
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
- Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
- Analyse and report on email and CRM performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
- Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty through targeted email and CRM initiatives.
- Create and maintain automated workflows and nurture campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO and affiliate projects as needed.
- Coordinate with the Brand Director to ensure email copy aligns with the brand tone and messaging.

- Proven track record in email marketing and CRM management, preferably within an eCommerce setting.
- Is highly detail-oriented, with strong organisational and project management skills.
