What you’ll be doing:
As a technical expert, you will get the opportunity to develop the next generation of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems across the engineering lifecycle, from requirements through to design, development and implementation
The successful candidate would be expected to provide technical leadership and expertise in the development of EW Systems for the FCAS & GCAP Programme. Main responsibilities will involve:

- Planning and implementation for EW System Integration, simulation, synthetics and test
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Experience of working with EW and/or DASS and/or Radio Frequency (RF) systems
- Experience of leading and managing engineering teams
Desirable:
- A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience
- Systems engineering and engineering lifecycle experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering methods and tools (e.g. UML/SysML, MoDAF, MOOD, Matlab)
- Experience of developing mission systems and associated domain knowledge
- Ability to work in a changing and evolving environment
- Innovative approach to problem solving
