Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consistent review of outstanding PO's to ensure production and customer demand is maintained
  • Esurance that all production requirements are met and customer delivery achieved OTIF
  • Review vendor performance and manage the relationships to achieve a maximum stock turn and quality accuracy
  • Liaise with internal staff to manage min/max settings and vendors
  • Ensure stock condition and layout is maximised to ensure quality pick/pack and delivery
  • Liaise with other engineers to develop and implement systems and processes that improve overall production operations - utilising LEAN practices.
  • Maintain zero lost time status and ensure working practises are followed within the area and team
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maximum output efficiency.
  • Set department objectives & KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
