  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon strategy across Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Launch and scale D2C Amazon operations in the UK, and expand into Europe and the US where appropriate.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Amazon Advertising and external platforms (Google Shopping, Meta Ads) to maximise ROI and brand reach.
  • Lead all aspects of marketplace operations including SEO-optimised product listings, A+ content, fulfilment coordination (FBA & 3PL), pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
  • Own and manage advertising budgets, with accountability for ROAS and revenue targets.

  • Proven success launching and scaling Amazon marketplaces (Vendor/Seller) with a track record of 20%+ YoY growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

My client is seeking a 12-month maternity cover Amazon Marketplace Manager for the UK and EU to support their continued success and growth plans for their D2C online platform. The Marketplace Manager will report directly to the Head of Digital and work alongside the Merchandise Manager, Commercial Finance, and the E-commerce Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing SME and make an impact as the business continues to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for day-to-day trading, achieving sales, margin, and conversion targets to budget and maximising profits.
  • li>Actively reviewing gaps in their offer and identifying new product opportunities.
  • Identifying, analysing, and proposing innovations, promotions and efficiencies to grow sales.
  • Monitoring and tracking competitor activity and pricing.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven online selling experience with a passion for achieving sales growth and improving profitability through Amazon Marketplace.
  • UK & EU e-commerce trading experience
  • Expert in digital merchandising, optimising listings, keyword search and ranking.
  • Broad digital marketing skills with experience in PPC campaign management and SEO.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience in managing a large product catalogue.
  • Extensive commercial and technical knowledge of tools and systems used across marketplaces such as Seller Central, Seller Legend and Helium 10.
  • Strong understanding of barcoding and fulfilment options.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
