Our client, a leading consumer brand, is looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their performance marketing initiatives. This role offers a hybrid working model, based at their offices in Reading, Berkshire, UK , with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEM, paid social media, programmatic advertising, and analytics. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to manage significant marketing budgets, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and make a tangible impact on brand visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet key business objectives (e.g., customer acquisition, ROI, CPA).
  • Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Oversee programmatic display and video advertising campaigns, managing ad networks and DSPs.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign targeting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign parameters to improve performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media.
  • Proven track record of managing successful SEM, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment is advantageous.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are highly desirable.
