Description:
This role is responsible for providing talent acquisition services, including recruiting, branding, and sourcing. This role will support the HR team with overall recruiting strategies using best practices and participating in the entire hiring process. Establishes and reinforces company Values and positive work environment, while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements. Ensures standards and guidelines are understood and consistently applied and HR programs, processes and policies meet or beat quality and delivery expectations.
7 or 8 am start time. Any ATS experience would be helpful, minimum Associate degree, TA/Recruiting 3 years experience. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc needed., must work well on their own.
Description of Work:
• Develop talent pipelines for current/future hiring needs
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to enable the facility to hire the right people
• Advertise for jobs and provide additional promotion of our employer brand online and offline
• Interact with hiring managers to understand roles and responsibilities of open roles
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Craft and send recruiting emails
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. resume database, social media platforms, etc.)
• Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
• Partner with talent acquisition in managing candidates in pipeline and pre-employment phases
• Compile reports on recruitment for HR/Management
• Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs, prepare information packets, and gather information from suitable candidates
• Facilitate and conduct interviews
• Implements HR programs / processes / policies in compliance with current legal and regulatory policies and assesses them to determine the extent to which they support company Values and positive work environment.
• Support onboarding, reporting, auditing, and other related HR activities.
• Acts as one of the first points of contact for employees’ general HR requests
• Builds HR reputation through value-added interactions with customers
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Psychology, or other relevant program plus 3 years of related talent acquisition/ recruiting experience required.
• Computer Proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

**Purpose of the role**
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is accountable for candidate sourcing and engagement activity within the Health & Care division in CBRE GWS Local UK. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner and working within a flexible structure alongside Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcing Specialists to deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion.
Sourcing candidate for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through a combination of networking, research and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.
Responsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting CBRE diversity equity and inclusion initiatives up to day 1, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, offer negotiation and contract initiation.
**Key Tasks**
+ Supporting TA Partner to source direct candidates for non-management vacancies, provide candidate feedback, offer negotiation support as directed and contract initiation in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive CBRE employer brand.
+ Work with TA Partner to understand job requirements to be able to source suitable candidates from various job boards and databases including Avature.
+ Act as the candidate's liaison throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experience up to day .
+ Develop excellent relationships across the wider TA team, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.
+ Working in collaboration with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruits against requirements from diverse pools of candidates.
+ Build Talent Pipelines, responsible for fulfilling recruitment requirements by building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates.
+ Work collaboratively across the team to improve Talent Acquisition by identifying and sharing key talent.

A bit about the job:
Your responsibilities include providing a customer-focused and cost-effective service by visiting household claims customers. In collaboration with the Home Project Manager team, it's essential to gather and provide site information to manage claims to completion. The role involves visiting customers to assess liability, build work scopes, draw floorplan, validate claims against policy cover, agree settlements, and determine the best management route for the claim. Responsibilities also include recording evidence, appointing suppliers, making liability decisions, and creating initial reserves using claims scoping software, sometimes working out of the area to support major incidents. The position demands self-motivation, managing personal appointments, and may involve travel across the UK with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Exceptional empathy and communication skills: adept at gathering evidence, delivering difficult news with sensitivity, and maintaining strong client relations.
- In-depth expertise in the Residential (Home) property insurance sector, ensuring accurate assessments and tailored solutions.
- Advanced technical knowledge in building pathology and best practices, enabling precise evaluations and recommendations.
- Proficient in claims scoping and management software (Symbility, Exactaware, etc.), with hands-on experience using tablet technology on-site.
- Comprehensive understanding of Flood, Escape of Water (EOW), and Fire damage management, alongside health and safety regulations and industry-specific legislation.

- Starting Salary £34,000 5,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and location)
