The internal Talent team is on a mission to provide excellent service to the rest of the business for all their Learning, Talent and Culture needs. Our Talent Acquisition Partners support us in our search for top, diverse talent as we progress through the next phase of our transformation journey here at esure and an acquisition process with Ageas UK. You will partner with key business areas to provide expert recruitment support and ensure a market leading, seamless candidate journey throughout. 

This position is on 12 month FTC basis. We work in a hybrid way of working and would like someone to be onsite in our Reigate office with the team 2 days per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Management of the whole recruitment lifecycle, keeping the candidate at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, being that true partner and specialist when it comes to recruitment.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and supply industry insights to the business.
  • Embed yourself in the business areas you support to understand what they do and the role they play within esure.
  • Support the wider talent management process; understand internal talent pipeline and where there are opportunities for internal candidates to progress.
  • Share innovative ideas and try new things to ensure we are always relevant and dynamic in our resourcing processes.
  • Work closely with 3rd party agencies and suppliers as and when needed, creating a truly collaborative approach with them.
  • Be involved in recruitment, talent and wider HR projects.

  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ideally, a good understanding of the IT sector and related roles.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (advantageous).

Do you have experience working in a recruitment or Human Resources team with the ability to handle a heavy workflow?

Our client is seeking a strong, experienced recruitment/TA admin co-ordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Director and the EMEA recruitment team in securing top talent for their world leading media and entertainment companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview scheduling across the region using the Applicant Tracking System, (currently Smart Recruiters).
  • Engage and build strong relationships with both Hiring Managers and Candidates, managing general incoming communications to Talent Acquisition.
  • Update and distribute monthly internal communications as directed by the Director, TA.
  • Consolidate and distribute monthly business updates on behalf of the EMEA team.
  • Prepare purchase orders and managing SAP processes on behalf of the EMEA team.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System as required
  • Support Recruiters in the preparation of offer requests for permanent hires as required.
  • Provide support with posting adverts and updating branding on job boards.
  • Support EMEA TA & global branding team in preparing social media posts and campaigns.
  • Help to prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for the EMEA TA team.
  • Help facilitate TA meetings, training or presentations as required by the TA Director.
  • Support recruiters in reviewing applications for associate level roles with guidance where time permits.
  • Support Early Careers administration and in setting up Assessments Centres and other events during peak periods.
  • Preparing passes, greeting candidates/ other visitors and showing them around the offices.

About you:

  • Experience working within a recruiting/Human Resources team
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System coupled with strong IT skills (MS Office)
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organised and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Attention to detail - accurate, detailed and thorough approach to work and maintaining accurate records.

Other:

The role will be office based 3 days per week, working from home Monday and Fridays.

A leading automotive brand now has an immediate need for experienced recruitment professionals to join the inhouse Talent team.

Roles exist across multiple business functions including:

  • Business Support, Sales & Marketing
  • Technical, Engineering & IT
  • Production, Logistics & Quality

Candidates who have an agency background, with experience in high-volume requirements or those familiar with manufacturing (Technical & non-Technical) and logistics, would be of particular interest.

Any previous exposure to assessment centres and careers fairs, would also be highly desirable.

This is a fast-paced environment and the ability to demonstrate a high-energy approach, coupled with excellent organisational skills is key!
