What You'll OwnTalent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions: creative, growth, product, operations, and beyond.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job specs, and design candidate experiences that reflect our brand.
- Build scalable, repeatable hiring processes - balancing speed with quality at every stage.
- Track and optimise recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
People Operations
- Own the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, systems, records, and HR administration.
- Design onboarding programs that set new hires up for impact from day one.
- Support the development of people policies, frameworks, and best practices as we scale.
Culture & Engagement
- Plan and deliver team socials, offsites, and cultural initiatives that strengthen connection and belonging.
- Act as a culture champion - ensuring Simmer's values are lived daily.
- Oversee office management at our London HQ - ensuring it's a collaborative, energising space to work.

What You BringExperience & Skills
- 3+ years in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally with exposure to people operations or HR processes.
