What will you be doing at Arrow?
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and assist sales staff in selling Managed and Advanced Support services for cybersecurity products.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new customers by acting as a liaison between the Arrow sales and services delivery teams.
  • Answer routine technical questions about Managed and Advanced Support services for resellers and Arrow sales representatives.
  • Act as an internal/external escalation point in case of delivery issues related to Managed and Advanced Support services.
  • Responsibility is EMEA-wide with an additional focus on a specific list of countries.
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.


What are we looking for?
  • You possess sound comprehension of prevalent security architectures and solutions (e.g. endpoint protection, email security, web/network protection, zero-trust network access).
  • You are capable of articulating the primary benefits for the end-user, in addition to the predominant challenges encountered when utilizing these solutions.
  • Has technical and sales acumen.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Acts as an informal resource for colleagues
  • Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
  • Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
  • A good level of English proficiency is mandatory. German language proficiency would be a distinct advantage.

About The Role

Are you ready to play a vital role in ensuring safety and compliance? As a Fire Safety Officer, you will be the guardian of our fire and safety equipment, ensuring everything is in top-notch condition and regularly monitored. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Heavily based in the control room.

Develop, implement, and manage security strategies across assigned sites.

Lead mobilisation projects, ensuring seamless transition and security setup for new sites or projects.

Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and company standards.

Liaise with clients and other service partners as required.

Monitor and report on security operations and incident management.

Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.

Demonstrable mobilisation experience, including planning and executing security setups for new sites or projects.

Strong management and leadership skills, ability to influence, negotiate and engage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Relevant security certifications - SIA license and IOSH are preferred.

Knowledge of security systems and technology.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Security Officer to safeguard a prominent facility in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and professional environment, and maintaining a high level of security. You will possess a robust background in the security sector, demonstrate proficiency in IT systems, excel in multitasking, and maintain a professional and polished demeanour alongside excellent personal presentation.
Excellent communication skills are essential. Within this role, you will carry out ID checks, respond to emergencies and provide information to all staff and visitors as and when necessary.

Pay Rate:       £15.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:               4 on 4 off, nights only

Main Duties:

  • Act as a point of contact and information center to staff and visitors.
  • Ensure all visitors and other callers to the company are given sufficient information by giving clear, concise information in person and over the phone or email.
  • Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
  • Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required
  • Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management
  • Carry out ID checks
  • Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks
  • Work on own initiative
  • Ensures that the reception area, foyer, staff area, and board room are kept clean by supervising cleaning staff members.

About the Role


As the Security Engineering Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery arm of a high-performing security engineering team, ensuring the successful implementation of secure, scalable solutions across a complex technology landscape. You’ll be responsible for driving engineering maturity, aligning technical execution with business priorities, and providing clear line management to engineers. This role is pivotal in transforming the team into a service-oriented internal provider that delivers consistent value across the enterprise. 

Responsibilities 

Delivery Leadership 

  • Own the delivery of security engineering initiatives across business portfolios, ensuring alignment with enterprise security objectives. 

  • Partner with Scrum Masters and Portfolio Leads to prioritize work, allocate engineering resources, and manage delivery timelines. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery status, risks, and escalations across engineering workstreams. 

  • Ensure smooth handover of implemented solutions to operational teams, maintaining continuity and service readiness. 

Engineering Standards & Execution 

  • Champion engineering best practices & standards to improve consistency, scalability, and quality of solution implementation. 

  • Define and enforce technical standards across engineering teams, driving continuous improvement and reducing delivery inefficiencies. 

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce waste. 

Service Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers and work towards defining the scope of security services offered to the business. 

  • Produce high-quality reporting for operational stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting delivery progress, risks, and outcomes. 

  • Work with senior stakeholders to enhance security assurance and control effectiveness across implemented solutions. 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Provide line management and mentoring to engineers across varying levels of experience. 

  • Develop tailored growth and training plans to support career progression and technical capability building. 

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and accountability. 

Technology Focus 

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience or delivery oversight across as much of the following technologies and domains: 

  • Next-Generation Firewall Platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet) deployed at scale across hybrid environments 

  • SASE Solutions and secure access architecture 

  • Exposure Management & Vulnerability Platforms  

  • Secure Email Gateways  

  • Load Balancers & Secure Application Delivery 

  • Secure Authentication Services 

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS and/or Azure, including native security services and integrations 

  • Infrastructure-as-Code & Automation: Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines 

Experience with these technologies will help you hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully to our engineering delivery goals.

  • Strong interest in product strategy and the ability to align engineering efforts with business direction. 

  • Experience working with Security Architects to translate high-level designs into actionable engineering tasks.
