**Logistics support:**
Coordinates local, domestic and international pickups and deliveries on behalf of our clients and work with client logistics managers and distribution center resources to ensure customer pickup and delivery requests are understood and met
Ensure all client facing and internal logistics tracking systems are updated in a timely manner and all shipping documentation (e.g. Bill of Lading, Process Sheets, Packing Slips, and customer specifications) are properly uploaded and maintained.
Performs daily inbound and outbound in WMS and ensures shipment schedules are up to date with the most accurate information.
Partner with OPMs to assist and resolve inventory discrepancies and assists with updates/changes to internal logistics process documentation as needed
Maintain relationships with all transportation and recycling vendors and act as the direct point of contact for all logistics needs
Identify inventory discrepancies and manage reconciliation and resolution efforts
Create weekly and monthly inventory reports
Review invoices from our logistics providers for accuracy, and escalate / resolve discrepancies as needed
Work closely with Accounting to ensure invoices are paid and recharged as necessary
