Responsibilities:
- Developing and refining statistical demand forecasting models.
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and promotional impacts to improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather insights and assumptions.
- Translating forecasts into executable inventory and replenishment plans.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or inventory management, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in demand forecasting software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent understanding of statistical forecasting techniques. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines in a remote setting.
