We are looking for an
Associate Client Director
to join our engaging and expanding team, supporting a strategic partnership with Rolls-Royce on the Small Modular Reactor (SMR) programme. This role provides a unique opportunity to help shape and deliver innovative solutions in a highly impactful and regulated industry, contributing to the UK's clean energy future.
As an Associate Client Director, you will work closely with a Client Director to grow key accounts, helping develop and deliver complex, outcome-focused projects that solve critical challenges. You'll be instrumental in building effective client relationships, implementing high-value consultancy solutions, and contributing to our mission to be a trusted strategic partner.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborating with the Client Director to grow a key account through strategic engagement and delivery excellence
- Managing the development of proposals and guiding the delivery of multidisciplinary, outcome-based projects
- Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Improving innovation, quality, and client satisfaction in every project
- Supporting the expansion of Frazer-Nash's management consultancy capability in highly regulated sectors
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Experience in the following:
- Management consultancy
- Business transformation or change leadership
- Leadership of complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Experience In The Context Of
- Complex engineering product development
- Programme delivery involving design, manufacturing, installation, or commissioning
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Experience in highly regulated sectors such as nuclear or defence
- Proficiency in business capability or process design and implementation

- A Master's degree or equivalent experience in delivering complex assignments
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients and develop accounts effectively

About the Role:
This is a key position within a dedicated workshop team responsible for the mechanical restoration of classic cars.
