£444 - £475 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
We are looking for people with a Creative Arts background to use your skills and knowledge supporting children with barriers to learing in a school environment. You will build positive working relationships with pupils and utilise your knowledge of creative arts to help them to get the most out of their time in education. As a Creative Arts Assistant you will get a feel for working in schools and gain valuable experience for a potential future in a role working with children.
Requirements
The desired Creative Arts Assistant will have:
- A desire to work in Special Educational Needs Schools across Greater Manchester supporting pupils with barriers to learning, additional learning needs, or social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
- A warm and friendly nature to be able to build positive relationships with pupils
- A creative arts background that you can incorporate into schools
