Role: Agricultural Technician
Location: Shropshire
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000, Van + Fuel Card + OT + Pension scheme

Responsibilities for an Agricultural Technician
- Repairing and maintaining Agricultural machinery such as Tractors and Combines, Balers, sprayers
- Accurately diagnose and repair machinery faults to ensure optimal performance and safety, in compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Travel to customers in the surrounding area to service and repair machinery
- Services and inspections on machinery
Requirements for Agricultural Technician
- Full UK Driving licence
- Can do attitude
- Ideally have a NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, Plant, HGV or Construction
- Previous Agricultural experience or Plant experience
Other industries considered;
Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural

Pay: 16 - 20 per hour (DOE) | Enhanced pay overtime available on weekends
Are you passionate about agricultural machinery and enjoy hands-on work in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Agricultural Service Technician to join a busy and growing service department based in Stockton-on-Tees .
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of agricultural machinery.
- Working both in the workshop and out in the field at local farms - no two days are the same!
- Advising customers on how to get the best performance from their equipment.
- Completing service reports and admin accurately and on time.
- Supporting pre-delivery inspections and setups for new and used equipment.
What We're Looking For
- A professional, customer-focused attitude with a passion for agricultural technology.
- A full UK driving licence - you'll be travelling locally to customer sites.
- Experience with agricultural machinery is ideal, but full training will be provided.
- A willingness to learn and complete ongoing product and technical training.
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Flexible overtime available , especially during peak seasons (evenings and weekends).
