As a Graduate working in this team, you will assist in providing advice and support to clients, at each stage of the consenting process, through inception, optioneering, design, planning, construction and operation for infrastructure and development of all sizes and sectors.
Our Experts assess the social and environmental risks and impacts, devise solutions that address these impacts. You will be embedded in multidisciplinary teams and mentored by experienced Consultants, gaining exposure to real-word challenges and innovative solutions.
Day-to-day activities could include:
+ Performing professional-level tasks that contribute to project and service line goals.
+ You may be involved in creating content (for marketing), developing Project profiles, analysing competitor strategies, or presenting information to build your confidence and provide a range of experiences.
+ You may be required to collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively (both written and verbal), and potentially manage your own time and projects.

Day-to-day activities could include:
+ Assisting the Project Manager in developing project management documentation including project. management plans, cost estimates and forecasts, risk registers, project schedules and stakeholder registers.

The Global Broking Centre in London/Chelmsford is an integral part of Aonu2019s global broking strategy. About the Role
As a Client Manager some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Client relationship management (direct clients and/or network).
Work on new strategies and support innovation initiatives in conjunction with the wider team.
Client meetings, including presenting to clients/prospects/network.
Meeting team budget/forecast in conjunction with wider team.
Present terms to client/network
Produce and/or deliver tenders
Providing benchmarking and placement advice to clients
Provide technical wording advice to clients/network
Firm Order, Lead Quote, Follow and Day to Day broking activity, as required.
Define marketing strategy (specific to placement)
Business travel, as appropriate.
File maintenance. Working with customer service delivery team to ensure compliancy is met within Aonu2019s agreed requirementsu2019.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
As a Client Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Specialty knowledge u2013 Energy Operations, preferably Offshore Wind or Power.
Experience of managing client relationships.
Excellent client service skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of London and Global insurance market dynamics and core processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of numeracy.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Excellent understanding and application of compliance and FCA regulation.
Ability to work well as part of a team and with network offices.
Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
