Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of QOF and Quality Contract submissions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to support chronic disease management programmes (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD).
  • Monitor recalls, reviews, and patient registers to ensure contract requirements are met.
