Architect £36,700 - £2,900, dependant on experience.
Senior Architect £ ,700 - 9,700 dependant on experience.

We would love to meet an architect who can demonstrate:
Excellent project running skills , across a range of project stages, including experience of managing a team, communicating directly with the client and consultants.
A minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills , organisation and ability to use initiative.
Housing design and delivery experience , and knowledge of the London Plan Housing Design Standards.
Examples of excellent design work . We are interested to see your skills as a designer, which you might evidence through examples of (model) making or how you sketch. Please include these in your Portfolio PDF, alongside relevant examples of your work which might also include your technical drawings and visualisations you’ve done;
Experience of 3D drawing software: Sketchup and Revit ;
An understanding of, and commitment for, sustainable design ;
Technical and construction detailing skills .

Architect job currently available working with on a mix of education, hospitality and public projects. This role would suit an Architect keen to take a lead in the running of projects and supporting junior team members.
Based in a modern open plan office the practice work on several project types, their main focus is predominately educational projects ranging from 5 million to 50 million in value. The practice has a staff count of 12 full-time architectural staff and due to their current workload, they are looking to add an Architect to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Production on design and technical drawing packages
- Communicate directly with clients
- You will be working under the supervision of a Senior Team to assist in the running of the project
- Projects would focus on a mix of leisure, commercial and educational projects
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB Qualified
- Minimum of 2 years UK experience
- Education, commercial or Leisure experience would be beneficial
- Confident communicator
- Knowledge of Vectorworks would be beneficial but training would be offered
- Confident in the use of Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
