DescriptionWe’re looking for a culturally aware Brand Partnerships Manager to lead collaborations, partnerships, and PR. This role is about more than partnerships - it’s about shaping cultural presence. You’ll drive awareness, and brand heat by connecting with the right talent, communities, and creative voices.
This is a hands‑on, proactive role. You won’t be waiting for inbound opportunities—you’ll be out in the world (and online), spotting what’s next and turning moments into both high‑impact collaborations and upcoming talent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure strategic collaborations across fashion, music, and alternative subcultures
- Build and manage relationships with brands, partners, talent, stylists, agents, and key industry figures
- Identify and connect with culturally relevant talent aligned with the brand
- Lead VIP seeding, product placement, and custom looks for key moments (tours, performances, shoots, media / tv opportunities)
- Manage partnerships and projects end‑to‑end, from concept through to execution and reporting
- Own budgets and drive commercial outcomes across collaborations
- Act as the link between creative and product direction and commercial performance
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand calendar, values, tone, and long‑term vision
- Create outreach materials, including decks and partnership proposals
- Work closely with marketing and social teams on influencer and talent partnerships
- Write and distribute press releases to secure global coverage
- Concept and execute PR moments, events, and activations from idea through to delivery
- Source and manage external PR agencies where required
- Lead / support on event execution, including on‑site management
- Min 4+ years experience in brand partnerships, PR, or talent relations within fashion, music, or lifestyle
- Deep understanding of alternative culture, alt aesthetics, and emerging scenes
- Strong network across stylists, talent, and industry contacts
- Commercially aware with the ability to turn ideas into measurable impact
- Proactive, instinctive, and culturally sharp
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving projects

Ginx is a specialist gaming and esports content producer which also owns and operates the worlds largest esports television network, as well as the fast-growing online platform which reaches 3m+ monthly unique users. We produce esports, general gaming and streamer-based content for our own channels and platform, as well as for 3rd-party networks, publishers, and brands. We are based in Londons Kings Cross.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced esports and gaming brand partnerships manager to join our team. Your key responsibilities will be to pitch bespoke creative ideas into endemic & non endemic brands, big and small, games publishers and their media/marketing agencies.
Its important you will have gained relevant esports/gaming industry experience, so that you can hit the ground running with an existing set of relationships
Role & responsibilities
- Superserve your industry contacts with creative and innovative marketing ideas that will help them reach the multiple Ginx communities on TV, socials and online.
- Work with internal production and editorial teams to create bespoke sales solutions for new & existing clients.
- Coordinate the development of pitch decks, delivering engaging proposals.
- Develop complimentary direct campaigns alongside our programmatic and TV sales agents.
- Assist with campaign planning, creation, strategy & management of all campaign across digital, TV & live events/tournaments.
- Work with the leadership team to set revenue KPIs and communicate accurately on forecasts, pipeline status, and activities related to your targets, categories and areas of focus.
Requirements
- Passion for and knowledge of the video games & esports industries is a prerequisite.
- You will have a proven multi-year track record of working in a commercial/sales role within gaming and esports, preferably broad-spectrum (not at a singular publisher f.e.).
- Self-starter, pro-active attitude & a willingness to take the lead and never take no for an answer.
- Having an engaging personality, you a natural at building strong relationships.
- You are creative, can come up with strong ideas and can communicate those clearly.
