Looking for an enthusiastic and experienced property lawyer to join the growing property team.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle a range of residential conveyancing and some commercial property transactions.

So, if you are a confident, well-presented, friendly and approachable solicitor or an experienced legal executive with excellent communication skills, I want to hear from you.

The successful candidate

  • A professional qualification - either as a solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
  • at least 3 years' experience of commercial property
  • great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
  • good organisational, time management and IT skills
  • the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
  • excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
  • a history of strong billing

If the successful candidate intends working from home primarily, it is particularly important that they are experienced. Any candidate who is fully remote must have solid experience of purely remote working.

The job

The property work continues to grow, so they anticipate continued significant growth in the number of conveyancing cases handled in the next 6 - 12 months.

The ideal candidate will need to play a flexible role within the team. There are potentially 3 parts to this particular position.

  • acting for property investors - working for a variety of investors and developers nationwide, purchasing residential and some commercial property. An ability to cover this work is essential

  • some straightforward residential property work

Location

Remote working is available, as is hybrid working or being based at any one of our 4 branch offices - Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury and Fordingbridge.

The team

You will be part of a 35-strong property team, broken down into four teams.
