Own Investor Communications: Own the preparation and delivery of high-quality board packs and investor presentations, translating complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for our board and investor community.
Manage Reporting Cycles: Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and meaningful commentary that drives business insight.
6 – 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role, ideally within a high-growth technology or fintech environment.
Deep expertise in capital markets, specifically with hands‑on experience in debt raising, managing SPVs, and supporting major equity fundraising rounds.
Exceptional financial modeling skills—you are highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, comfortable building advanced three-statement models, DCF analyses, and scenario frameworks from scratch.
Strong technical fluency with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and engineering teams to properly structure data sets for reporting.
Assertive commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge business leaders, enforce budget discipline, and connect financial data to business strategy.
Proven experience creating polished board-level and investor-facing presentations, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred.

Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications e.g. CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in one or all the following areas:
- (Transactional) corporate finance or VC/PE
- Top investment banking or strategy consulting firm with deal making background.
- Financial / Deals Advisory experience.
- Strong financial modelling skillset with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, ERP systems).
- Demonstrated track record in successfully raising capital.

Your Role
As Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for various legal entities across the EAME region including but not limited to: preparing journal entries and account reconciliations; serving at the first point of contact for external and internal auditors; recording of management fees and preparing the AR upload file to create invoices, and monthly journal entries.

My client is a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm with offices globally focusing on Real Assets, Sustainability and Essential Services and provides corporate finance advise to their clients within the Real Estate, Social Infrastructure and Power, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to work within an established team that covers projects within the Residential, Real Estate, Education and Social Infrastructure sectors.
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Involved in supporting a range of live projects
- Assisting in building and maintaining strong trusted relationships with clients
- Contributing to client reports and presentations, including preparation for and participation in client meetings.
- Assisting with providing clear, detailed and robust quantitative advice, using financial models tailored to the specific advisory context.
- Responsible for managing financial data on valuation models
- Building relationships with investors and lenders, supporting the team in representing clients and delivering high-quality advice.
- More generally assist the team with ad hoc tasks and requests.
Person Specification & Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate (2:1 minimum)
- Must have an interest in Social Housing / Affordable Housing sector
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Keen interest in finance and investment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven, committed, curious, technically-strong, team player, and able to take initiatives
