As a Managing Consultant in our Modern Work team, you will play a senior leadership role in helping clients realise meaningful business value from their digital workplace investments. You will lead large-scale change and adoption programmes focused on Microsoft Modern Work technologies, including Microsoft 365, Viva, M365 Copilot and Agentic solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and ways of working. You will combine strong consulting and change leadership with deep understanding of modern collaboration and productivity tools to deliver sustainable outcomes for clients. As a Managing Consultant, you will take accountability for complex delivery, senior stakeholder relationships, and the ongoing growth of our Modern Work change and adoption capability.
As a Managing Consultant, you will be instrumental in:
- Shaping our Modern Work strategy:
- Shape and articulate a clear vision for Modern Work and workplace AI adoption, creating differentiated propositions and offers that align with client business objectives, workforce maturity, and operating context.
- Advising clients on how to maximise value from Microsoft Modern Work technologies through behavioural change, adoption, and experience-led transformation.
- Supporting the evolution of our change and adoption propositions, playbooks, and accelerators, including approaches for AI and Copilot adoption.
- Leading complex delivery:
- Taking full accountability for leading and delivering large-scale Modern Work change programmes, often alongside complex technical implementations such as M365 migrations, Copilot rollouts, or device programmes.
- Leading the design and execution of stakeholder and impact assessments, executive and sponsor engagement plans, communications and engagement strategies, role-based learning and enablement, and adoption metrics and benefit tracking.
- Proactively managing delivery risk, interdependencies, and change fatigue across multi-workstream environments.
- Ensuring adoption approaches are evidence-led, outcome-focused, and embedded beyond go-live.
- Client and stakeholder leadership:
- Build and grow a robust client portfolio, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and understanding of frameworks to secure and scale engagements.
- Contributing to business development activity, including proposals, pitches, and shaping client conversations.
- Leading and inspiring teams:
