Your Role
As a Process Mining Consultant, you will deliver end-to-end solutions that uncover inefficiencies and drive impactful business improvements. Working closely with diverse teams, you will turn complex data into actionable insights and help clients achieve operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Work on process mining projects from data extraction to insight delivery.
- Develop dashboards and analyses using tools like Celonis, ARIS, or Signavio.

Your Profile
Our applicants will have some of the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in process intelligence and/or improvement roles
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end process mining projects, encompassing data extraction, transformation, analysis, and actionable insights.
- Expertise in process mining tools such as Celonis, ARIS, or Signavio, including developing dashboards and configuring advanced analyses.
- Experienced on running project phases independently, managing client communications, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Proficient in addressing business challenges using data-driven insights and recommending targeted process improvements.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, with practical application experience.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Process operatives will work on any part of the powder coating line that is required. Metal will arrive in the yard from the galvanising department to be powder coated. Metal must be fettled of any defects from the galvanising process. It is then wired to a jig on the crane to be taken through the washing and drying process. Once dry the objects are sprayed with the powder coating and then manoeuvred into the oven to cure the coating. Once curing is complete the items will be removed from the jig and separated into different job lots for packing and awaiting collection from customer.
The powder coating department is located in a sheltered dry and warm location of the factory to ensure efficient coating and drying times of the metal equipment.
Specific Job Tasks:
Fettle metal when required prior to hanging.
Hang various metal parts to jig and ensure even spread.
Check products for venting and make sure holes are cleared.
Setting line speeds for specific products
Maintenance of production line and equipment including nozzles, inserts, all plastic components in feed centre and booth.
Clean pumps and pinch valves
It is essential that the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Willingness to learn and upskill
- Applicants with a Forklift licence or Overhead Crane licence would be highly desirable although this not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and to product deadlines
- Highly motivated, eager to learn and a team player
- Experience in metal cleaning/sand blasting/metal spraying is desirable
The successful candidate should bear in mind the requirement to move to a rotational shift pattern in the future may be required and as such full flexibility is

- Drive Line efficiency with continuous improvement of Line Balancing (right granularity/time referential, white/red space optimization).
- Support process optimization, maximizing Value Added with priority on critical path.
ABOUT YOU:
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or similar field)

- Proven experience in the aerospace or automotive industry and manufacturing environments
