Role Overview

As we scale, we are looking for a skilled, detail‑ and data‑oriented Management Accountant to look after all tasks related to finance and reporting, including forecasting through to 2028‑2030, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, credit control, and overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, be IT inclined, and able to assess and manage the business’s software across all departments, research new tools, advise on adoption, roll out, and train staff.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate books across all ledgers (sales, purchases, bank, journals)
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure timely month‑end close
  • Process supplier invoices, match to PO/delivery notes, and process payment runs
  • Manage accounts receivable, overdue payments, and credit control
  • Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns, ensuring compliance with Making Tax Digital
  • Support payroll input and reconciliation
