The Automation & Clinical Software Solutions Manager will have responsibility to lead and oversee one (Team 2) of the regional Workflow & IT Solutions EMEA Customer Service teams in the EMEA Region delivering end‑to‑end complex solution installations and transition to the customer Go-Live ensuring no disruption in the customer satisfaction.

The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
+ 5+ years in solution delivery of Automation/IT services, leading complex team, preferably multicultural distributed teams across EMEA. Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies with proven experience with complex installations (integrations, networking, security, data migration) and customer support operations. Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and EMEA data/privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
+ Very customer focused and has strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to influence others - ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on key initiatives
+ High energy, able to handle conflict. An independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations. High adaptability in a dynamic environment
+ Fluency in English and at least one of the big EMEA languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French). Additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
Working Conditions:
+ This role is REMOTE based in UK area London, Manchester. Alternatively, applicants from Northern Europe may be considered.
+ Willingness to travel across the customer service assigned (up to 50-70%, depending on portfolio and go‑live schedules).
