Responsibilities of the Traffic Management Coordinator
The Traffic Management Coordinator is a pivotal role within our utilities sector as you will take full responsibility for building and coordinating all activities for our utilities contracts. You will report into the Contract Manager to assist in logistically managing the workload of a team of Traffic Management Operatives to ensure they are under-taking work at the expected standards, times and locations.
Coordination and Logistics:
Responsible for the accurate building, reviewing and creation of picking lists for all works onto our ERP system. Liaison with our client to fulfil capacity efficiently. Schedule out planned and reactive works when required using all tools available to ensure we achieve our contractual SLA’s and KPI’s measures.
Customer Service:
Attend meetings with the team and client, in person and online. Provide information to our clients. Address customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Financial Management:
Assist in maintaining financial transactions as part of the job building process to ensure we are maximising our revenue and in line with contractual rates.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract and operational delivery areas.
Communication:
Assist in answering calls from the client and customers and direct internally to relevant parties. Maintain effective communication channels with the contract team, supervisors, managers, and operatives to maintain operational efficiencies. Liaising with our client on job specific requirements and maintaining accurate data on internal and external systems.
Learning and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance your administration skills. Develop a solid understanding of our contract and services to assist clients effectively. Learn the cross functions of the contract for assisting in other areas when required.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident to work with Orion/SAP and other IT systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary.

Reporting to the General Manager this role involves working within a team which is committed to providing professional, respectful and quality care within a safe and homely environment. You will need to have good communication skills both written and verbal. Basic computer literacy would be advantageous.
This is a hands-on role and appropriate experience and relevant qualifications in minor electrical, plumbing, joinery work understanding of central heating systems is desirable.
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure high standards of maintenance throughout the home and grounds. You will organise and undertake general maintenance which may include; basic plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating, groundwork, general building work, replace light bulbs, cleaning gutters etc.
You will be part of the out-of-hours cover providing both phone advice and attending the home in person as required.
In addition to performing routine duties you will need to have the ability to think outside the box and react to emergency and un-planned situations. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations are essential and experience in a similar setting would be advantageous.
