What does this role involve?

As a Sales Assistant you’ll be at the very heart of our retail operation. This is not just a standing behind the till or filling shelves type of role, we’re looking for someone who will deliver a first‑class customer service experience. Every day is different in charity retail, as well as working on the till or sorting donations, you can expect to:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of girls’ football within the club and help young players develop their skills, confidence and understanding of the game in a positive and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside the NextGen coaching team to deliver quality training sessions, provide matchday support and contribute to the ongoing development of players within the programme.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and delivery of engaging training sessions.
  • Support the technical, tactical and personal development of U13 players.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players.
  • Support matchday coaching and player development.
  • Work collaboratively with coaches and club staff.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and enjoyable football environment.
About You
  • Has a passion for developing young players.
  • Enjoys working within girls’ football.
  • Is reliable, positive and committed.
  • Can build strong relationships with players, parents/carers and coaching staff.
  • Is keen to continue learning and developing as a coach.
Qualifications & Experience
  • SFA 1.3 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent), or working towards this.
  • Experience within a football coaching environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and player welfare.
  • Experience working within girls’ football or an academy environment.
  • Additional coaching qualifications or relevant experience.

A day in the life of…

As a Chef in a hotel, you will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications.
