Our New Acorn Education School - Avonside School in Bristol, will have capacity for 72 pupils and is due to open August 2025. The school will be a co-educational provision for pupils with complex needs including SEMH.

Key Responsibilities
- To teach IT across the KS3 and 4 provision linked to the national curriculum to students aged between; 11-19.
- To be a form tutor for students to support them in their education.
- To help develop core IT skills that enable pupils function in the wider world.
- Play a key role in the development of SEN provision within Avonside.
- Work with the school’s therapy team and build strong curriculum based on the needs of the students.
- Enable access to learning and social opportunities for pupils with SEN through the delivery of teaching, support, families and the young person.
