The UX Designer plays a role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, working to support a user’s flow through a client's system and their ability to successfully interact and complete their goals.

About the Role:

On average, you will handle around 10 enquiries a month, taking ownership of the design and estimation process from initial customer contact to handover.
This is a varied and rewarding role combining technical design, client communication, and pre-construction planning. The team works collaboratively to manage over 6,000 enquiries per year, and your contribution will be vital in helping the business continue to grow and meet demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and managing technical enquiries
- Producing designs for bearing piles, tension piles, and laterally loaded piles
