You will be responsible for scaling Feeld’s successful Ambassador Programme and shaping the brand’s Influencer Programme from the ground up—building meaningful connections with micro and mid-level influencers, creating community-driven advocacy, and driving brand visibility through authentic partnerships.
To be right for this role, you should have a passion for relationship-led marketing, experience working with creators or communities, and a deep understanding of modern dating and relationship culture.
What you will do:- Scale Feeld’s Ambassador Programme into new markets and demographics while ensuring it remains authentic and impactful.
- Build and lead Feeld’s Influencer Programme , with a focus on micro and mid-tier creators aligned with our values.

- Collaborate closely with brand, creative, and performance teams to align initiatives with Feeld’s broader marketing goals.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with ambassadors and influencers, ensuring partnerships are mutually beneficial and values-aligned.
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI using data to inform future strategy.
- Create systems and processes that allow both programmes to scale efficiently without compromising authenticity.
- Champion community-led storytelling that amplifies Feeld’s voice through the people who believe in what we stand for.
- Gain deep insight into community-driven marketing and its impact on brand perception and growth.
- Learn to balance creative freedom with operational excellence in scaling relationship-based programmes.
- Develop expertise in measuring the brand impact of influencer and ambassador activations.
- Build a network of authentic creator relationships rooted in shared values, not transactions.
Requirements
About you:- You have experience building or managing ambassadors and/or influencer programmes, ideally in lifestyle, community, or tech spaces.
- You have relationships with influencers, agents and managers.
- You know how to source for influencers, and pitch them.
- You are a fierce negotiator.
- You are relationship driven and thrive on connecting with people who share Feeld’s progressive values.
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships at once.
- You are comfortable using data and insights to inform strategy and report outcomes.
- You are culturally aware and sensitive to the nuances of working within sex-positive, inclusive, and progressive communities.
- You have worked with micro or mid-level influencers in niche or values-led categories.
- You are familiar with the dating, social, or community app space.
- You have experience managing influencer budgets, contracts, or platforms.
- You are excited by the idea of redefining what influencer marketing looks like for a progressive brand like Feeld.
Benefits

The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve and test things internally to see what works best for everyone.
Our culture:We believe in creating a safe work environment through humanity, fluidity, safety, transparency and progressiveness. When hiring, we look for culture add rather than culture fit.
Because we are a fully remote team, it’s especially important that we create an environment where our colleagues feel included and connected as humans.

Our goal is a barrier-free application process and working environment. If you require further details or assistance or have any questions about this process, please let us know at .
Compensation and perks:We are conscious of how our work and decisions impact other humans and the environment. We design our product and organisation with consideration for the wellbeing of our Members and colleagues. We believe in technology and working environments that enable people to live a meaningful, fulfilled life.
Therefore, we offer our staff:
- Flexible working hours
- Unlimited paid time off
- A fully remote working situation
- Home office budget
- Learning & development budget
- On demand therapy sessions and mental health support via Spill
- In-person meet ups

Internally, we keep decision-making transparent to keep each other accountable and make sure all voices are heard. That is why we offer a compensation system that is transparent, honest, and equitable. Additionally, we believe all humans deserve to earn a competitive wage, so we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year for any role that indexes below £60,000 GBP per year.
Estimated compensation for this role:
- Total cash compensation for this role varies by geographic location. We estimate the market-competitive compensation range for this position to be between £70,000 - £90,000 GBP
- Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
- Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
- The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
- Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
- We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
- Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
We understand we're asking you to invest your time and best efforts in our process, and are appreciative of getting the chance to better know who you are as a person and candidate. Job Description
Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy - fast. We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We raised $170M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more.
We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.
But we’re not stopping there. We’re also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices to electrify our homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours and helping balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.
We're currently looking for Operations Interns to join the team at our London office in Canary Wharf. This 3 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment. You'll gain an insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to some of the key operators who were behind Revolut and gain a real working knowledge of how our systems work for customers.
This role will start as customer-facing as we believe a ground-up approach is the best way to learn about our product and the energy industry. Interns work across customer operations: answering customer queries, managing installations, auditing billing & collections and handling regulatory submissions. High performers will have the opportunity to fast-track the internship and join Fuse full-time, with the chance to grow internally across different business areas.

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborating skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Great attention to detail
- Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with working across various software applications
- London based and authorised to work in the UK (Fuse does not sponsor visas for internships)
- Programming experience is a plus, but not necessary
Benefits
- Competitive internship salary
- Fully expensed tech to match your needs
- Breakfast and dinner allowance for office based employees
- Opportunities for fast progression
