Creative Design - Creative conception of brand activations and the application of existing marketing strategies into the live environment.

THE ROLE:
The role of Junior Production Manager involves managing the production of a number of projects simultaneously whilst continually building key relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience within either a production agency or specialist technical supplier, with a proven track record of the production management of Consumer Events, Outdoor/Overlay Infrastructure, Product Launches and Brand Experiences.
Above all they should demonstrate the willingness and motivation to take ownership of the project from conception to delivery, taking the lead throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will encompass the following responsibilities:
• the initial project brief alongside the Project Director/Creative Director.
• Partake in ‘brainstorm sessions’ to interpret and respond to the project brief.
• Create presentations and collateral to communicate agency responses to the project brief.
• Support producing, managing and maintaining budget estimates and input into critical paths / risk registers throughout the project.
• Work alongside design and creative teams to develop and influence solutions that satisfy the project brief.
• Undertake the core administrative tasks necessary to complete the project, at times supported by a Production Assistant (e.g. contact reports, payment schedules, hour reconciliations etc.).
• Draft and support managing production schedules and liaise with all specialist suppliers to enable the logistical delivery of the project.
• Manage and coordinate H&S documentation for the project, including project specific risk and method statements.
• Feed into production timelines and support meeting deadlines, and quality control all output throughout the pre-production process and on-site.
• Work on-site in a flexible capacity to ensure successful delivery of the live event.
• Being a technical point of expertise for both clients and internal staff. • Prepare technical responses to tenders and pitches.
• Overseeing the scheduling of all technical aspects of projects, both during pre-production and on site.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of live events in a production management capacity within an agency.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Understanding and ability to use 2D AutoCAD.
• Technical knowledge of overlay, lighting, sound, A/V, rigging and broadcast.
• Ability to understand/navigate technical drawings/plans.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Proven ability and willingness to be adaptable and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate good decision making in demanding on-site situations, and to deal with them in a professional and calm manner.
• Knowledge of current H&S and CDM legislation relevant to the Live Events industry would be advantageous.
• Full driving license.

We’re working with a well-established packaging company based in Central London who are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and organised individual to support their busy Operations team. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Design, Projects, and Accounts, helping ensure smooth day-to-day processes and supporting the delivery of beautifully made packaging to clients worldwide.
This is an ideal role for someone with an appreciation of the creative process, a keen eye for detail, and a natural ability to keep things running behind the scenes.
The Role:
- Supporting the Operations Manager with administrative tasks across departments
- Working with external suppliers to support product delivery
- Assisting in the implementation of internal systems to improve workflow

- Confident communicator and problem-solver
- Someone curious, adaptable, and proactive
