About the role

This position is responsible for the on time, to quality delivery of artworks to ensure on time delivery of Innovation Big Bets for the defined category across CMU’s

Your responsibilities

OVERALL: 

Key partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of artworks on time and to quality which adhere company and brand guidelines.  

Key partner for the Artwork Agency partner in the delivery of artworks. 

Artwork Management 

Be the Global Artworks Operating Procedure Champion for Project Roll Out across markets 

Key point of contact, coordination and support for Brandworks & Artworks for the project between CGO Team, Design Team, GLARA, IMEX Team (Markets), Supply & Packaging Teams 

Agency resource prioritization across global and local initiatives and end to end management of artwork production process 

Creation or co-creation of Pack Copies with support from Brand Teams 

Responsible for agency Briefing for MAW’s and LAW’s 

Assist in creation of annual artwork planning 

The experience we're looking for

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Artwork and Project Management Experience : must be able to demonstrate very strong skills in artwork delivery.
    • Must have very strong Artwork Management skills
    • Must have very strong Project Management skills

About the role:

To photograph, edit and make publicly accessible images of the Greece and Rome collection in support of the Museum’s Masterplan, the Museum Operating Plan and all relevant Museum strategies. To improve accessibility of the collection via the Museum’s digital online platforms. To produce digital photographic images and help document objects, to process images by matching them to MI+ collections management database records, and to upload them to the Museum’s image asset management system.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • To produce standard digital images of the Greece and Rome collection
  • li>To process images including, where appropriate, standardising backgrounds, pairing obverse and reverse files using established automated batch processes
  • To ensure images are labelled with their MI+ PRN identifier to enable bulk upload to the asset database
  • To liaise with IS staff over the bulk upload of images
  • To identify any issues with the MI+ records of the imaged objects and to work with curators and other staff to correct problems
  • To support upgrading the documentation of Greek and Roman objects in the collection in liaison with curators  

About you:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Following appropriate training, supervised practice and competency achievement assessments, you will be able to undertake all designated roles within the surgery team working across two surgical specialities: laser vision correction department (LVC) and ophthalmic (IOL) theatres.

  • Pre-operative testing; conducting tests prior to examination and treatment and assisting during the consent appointment process, including providing information to patients prior to their IOL or LVC procedure.
  • Patient discharging; instructing the patient pre and post procedure on the care of the eyes, updating medical records, making follow up appointments.
  • Laser technician; preparation and calibration of the lasers, understanding data, loading and transferring data, safe running of the lasers.
  • Co-ordinating: Controlling patient flow on the day of the consent appointment and surgery appointments to ensure minimum waiting times for patients and managing queries.
  • Assisting the surgeon during consent appointments and treatments – acting as scrub assistant (LVC only); taking notes for the surgeon; instilling eye drops.
  • Undertaking the role of ‘HCA’ (Healthcare Assistant) in IOL theatre to assist the surgical team and patients during surgery and associated tasks such as decontamination of instruments.
  • Actively participating in the end of treatment day activities; updating patient files, filing, compiling ‘end of day’ reports for head office, cleaning the department, stock and lens ordering.
  • Reporting untoward incidents – taking an active role in patient safety issues and quality and risk management.

Overview:



We are seeking a new team member to work 1:1 with our client in their own home in the outskirts of Edenbridge. Supporting day-to-day you will help the client achieve their personal goals and pursue their interests whilst providing clinical and personal care support.



The client:



You would be working with a gentleman in his 30’s who has a passion for everything fitness and physical wellbeing. With typical days spent between the gym, swimming pool, trampolining, massage, yoga and his home you would be someone who is keen to share and encourage these passions. Alongside this you would attend art sessions as well as access the community together in order to attend shows at the theatre (primarily musical comedy), go shopping and meet with friends.

Our client has clinical needs due to his quadriplegic cerebral palsy. These include PEG feeding, medication administration and moving and handling. He communicates via eye movement or typing on his ipad.
