The Technology Solutions Architect will take responsibility for reviewing, rationalising, and integrating the organisation’s portfolio of systems (including Salesforce and sector-specific CRMs), and ensuring their technology ecosystem is fit for purpose.nYou willnLead a comprehensive review of existing systems, identifying overlaps, gaps, and opportunities to improve integration and data flowsnWork closely with stakeholders across the organisation, translating technical issues into clear, accessible language.nEnsure technology services deliver value for money by managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and suppliers, holding them accountable to SLAs.nDevelop clear architectural principles and frameworks to guide decision-making and future investments.nTackle technical debt and compliance issues (including cyber security risks), ensuring systems are robust, resilient, and well-documented.nSupport change management and adoption, enabling colleagues to get the most out of the technology available.nYou’ll work closely with the Technology Manager (responsible for core IT, security, and helpdesk) and with colleagues across digital and data teams.nAbout You

They are looking for a confident and collaborative technology leader who can bring clarity and structure to a complex systems landscape. You will bring:nSignificant experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role within an in-house environment.nStrong knowledge of systems integration, interoperability, and data architecture.nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and explain technical concepts simply.nExperience managing MSPs and technology suppliers, ensuring accountability and value for money.nKnowledge of Salesforce and other business-critical systems (CRM, hospitality/booking systems, etc.).nA proactive and solutions-focused mindset, able to balance strategic oversight with practical delivery.nThis role will suit someone who thrives on untangling complexity, enjoys shaping systems to better serve organisational needs, and can lead the organisation confidently through its next stage of digital and technology change.nIndicative Timeline
