 Great opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Operations Manager  to join a growing law firm in Cheadle Hulme .
 This role is all about making sure the conveyancing department runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll oversee three small but busy teams – Instructions, Fee Earners, and Post-Completions  – and keep everything moving in the right direction.
 The firm is close-knit with around 12 people in total, and you’ll be working directly alongside the Managing Partner. While most of the role is operations and management, you’ll also keep a very small caseload of more complex property matters.
 Flexible working is available.
 
 Key Responsibilities  
- Manage day-to-day operations across Instructions, Fee Earners, and Post-Completions teams
- Support and mentor staff, helping the department deliver an excellent client experience
- Keep workflows organised and make sure deadlines are met
- Take on a very small caseload of complex residential property files
- Work with the Managing Partner on improving processes and strategy
- Maintain compliance and risk management across the teams
