This is the jobAs Marketing Manager for AA Driving School, you’ll drive the growth of two well-known brands, AA Driving School and BSM, by delivering smart, customer-focused marketing across the UK. You’ll manage creative assets, deliver campaign execution, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand identity, from websites to social media.

What will I be doing?- Own the creation and management of all marketing assets, working with suppliers to deliver high-quality content and ensuring everything is organised, approved, and compliant.

- Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within a consumer-focused or multi-brand environment.

- Excellent copywriting ability with a keen eye for brand tone and messaging.
- Confident in managing budgets, raising purchase orders, and working with finance systems.

As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will liaise with customers, partners, technicians and subcontractors to ensure the completion of customer service cases within a timely manner and within SLA. You will be dealing with customer concerns received by telephone or email, appointing contractors to deal with any snagging or defects that arise in our homes.

Desirable…
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English
- A Customer Service qualification
- Experience working for a residential house builder ideally within the customer facing environment
- An understanding of building regulations and legal obligations
- A good understanding of written English Grammar
- Ability to touch-type
- To deal with customer service matters received be email or phone, and address customer issues in a prompt and organised way and in line with SLAs to ensure a positive customer journey.
- Issue instructions to Sub-contractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- To follow up all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works wherever possible are completed within a 28-day period.
- To deliver an excellent customer service, understanding and empathy to our customers to ensure a positive customer journey.
- To communicate effectively and regularly with internal departments and form excellent working relationships as part of the larger team.
- Carry out general administrative duties, ensuring our database system up to date at all times.
- Ensure all Customer Service KPI’s are in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain an awareness of the company Health and Safety requirements and ensure these are adhered to at all times.

The role is based on the 3-shift rotation (Days, Nights & Afternoons) and one Saturday per month compulsory. We would also like involvement on other planned weekend work or down days and be fully flexibility to cover sickness and holiday absence on other shifts when required.
Working within a complex engineering environment the Multi-Skilled Engineers are responsible for providing a responsive engineering service to the Site’s Operations Team to ensure high levels of machine availability, efficiency, reliability, safety, and quality standards are achieved and improved upon. They will be responsible for providing effective and long-term solutions to continuously improve machine reliability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identification and recovery of fault situations on all processing equipment and ancillary devices.
- Monitoring and adjusting equipment and process conditions to ensure that 'right first time' quality is achieved.
- Maximising equipment utilisation by carrying out effective preventative maintenance procedures, timely calibrations, routine safety checks on all processing equipment.
- Promoting an environment of continuous improvement and assisting in process improvement projects.
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Booking out of components from stock control.
- Training course to be taken when Smurfit Westrock Abercarn requires or deems necessary.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Calm and approachable, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ensure company H&S standards are adhered to on all tasks.
- Your job title does not limit your duties and the Company may require you from time to time to undertake any other duties within your capability

- Flexibility to travel as needed for site visits and training.
