 What you will be doing:  
 You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions, acting from inception through to conclusion. 
 You will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions, with the potential to adopt commercial property matters over time.
 
 What you will need: 
 You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (3+PQE)withan established background in Residential Property.
 You will have a strong background in managing a volume caseload of Residential transactions including Sales, Purchases, Freeholds, Leaseholds, Re-mortgages, Transfer of equity and more.  
 Ideally, you will have some experience in conducting your own BD, although a willingness to do BD is sufficient.
