Role Overview
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be a key part of a busy, collaborative HR team providing a range of services to the wider business. This fixed term position is part time and would be ideal for somebody keen to begin a career in HR, or somebody more experienced looking for reduced hours.
Plenty of ongoing training and support will be provided and your key responsibilities will include:

Recruitment - conducting inductions, carrying out pre-employment checks, and providing support for the hiring of weekly paid staff
•
Providing HR advice to managers and staff on a range of employee relations topics in areas such as investigations, absenteeism, grievances, and similar cases
•
Supporting the site's communication and staff wellbeing agenda - working on company newsletters, organising staff surveys, organising staff events & sessions, service and recognition awards, and engaging with other departments
•
Attending job fairs and other events to promote the company
About You

About the role
The Global Quality Training and Capabilities Manager will be responsible for defining and executing a global strategy for Quality Capability and Educational deployment across the organisation. Sitting within the Global QMS team, the role will ensure consistent understanding and application of global quality standards through a robust educational framework and a network of QMS Owners, Training Coordinators and Quality Champions.
The role will lead the development of a scalable, engaging, and effective educational programme that supports Reckitt’s commitment to quality across all product categories and geographies.
As part of the Global Quality Centre of Excellence, the role will partner with other Strategic Quality Operational teams to ensure a consistent approach is delivered and that the team continually maintains compliance.

Your responsibilities
- Design and implement a Global Quality training and capability building strategy aligned with the Reckitt’s Quality and Business Objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of material being deployed and the growth in capabilities across Reckitt.
- Build and deploy an approach to ensure Global Documents and Processes can easily be assessed and integrated into the Local QMS through QualityOne VTS.
- Identify, onboard, and engage a global network of Quality Champions across regions and functions to support the development and delivery of the training and capability building strategy.
- Provide tools, guidance, and ongoing support to Champions to ensure consistent deployment of material.
- Foster a culture of community to drive participation and self-sufficiency.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of material based on prioritised Global Quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Leverage QualityOne VTS, digital tools and blended learning approaches to deliver scalable Educational and Capability based material that the business can deliver.

- Generate engaging and varied training material with support of the Champion Network on key QMS topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and HR to align education and capability needs/priorities.
- Partner closely with the Supply Capability Senior Manager to and other Capability leads to ensure material is kept consistent avoiding duplication.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence.
- Monitor training compliance and provide tools for the business to track completion for audit readiness activities.
- Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness through feedback, audits, and performance data.

The EHS Manager sits within the Site Leadership team, you will coordinate the management of EHS within the whole facility. The role will coordinate Health, Safety and Environment to ensure compliance with relevant legal/regulatory requirements, compliance with Corporate Health and Safety and Environment Policies, Reckitt global requirements and continual improvement in EHS performance.
Hiring Manager - Jay Jackson
Your responsibilities
-Identify and establish site EHS programmes focussed on improving performance, maintaining compliance with regulations, improving employee health and well-being, reducing environmental impact, and reducing company risk.
-Coach and support the factory leadership team, and Supervisors, to deliver their local EHS agenda.
-Work with our Regional Compliance Manager to develop and agree action plan to close out all actions identified in the regional compliance audits.
-Ensure that EHS requirements are included and managed in planning for any significant Capex or expansion of the site.
-Lead planning and organisation for EHS related audits including from Regional Compliance Team, OHSAS 18001/ISO14001 auditors, external legal auditors and regulatory bodies.
-Collate/Review and reporting EHS key performance indicators to Site Management, & to the Global H & S and Sustainability team.
-Work with Regional EHS Manager to discuss findings, agree prioritisation, develop consistency, develop action plans, benchmark and improve EHS on site.
The experience we're looking for
-Hold NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, degree in Environmental management, environmental engineering or science or equivalent level of qualifications.
-Over 5 years’ experience working in EHS (experience in Manufacturing FMCG would be beneficial)
-Must have knowledge of legal requirements in Environment and H&S and experience of working with local authorities (including knowledge of permit requirements and monitoring)
-Working knowledge of ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001
-In depth knowledge of local environmental and Health &Safety legislation
-Good overall knowledge of manufacturing environmental controls including spill response, bulk storage, hazardous material delivery and control, waste, water management and managing environmental performance.
-Strong leadership skills, including developing and mentoring a H&S team.
