You will be responsible for holding a caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our fantastic team at Waterloo Lodge School. As an Art Teacher, you will deliver lessons to pupils according to their educational needs, in a way that maximises student achievement and their ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher who wants to develop creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, working with pupils who require extra support with learning, in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

When it comes to looking after our students, we never settle for second best. We are looking for an Art Teacher to support and motivate some of our most troubled and reluctant learners. You will work closely with our Teachers and Senior Teacher, helping us in our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable pupils in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Already experienced in an SEN or mainstream education environment, you will be forward thinking, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of mentoring, motivated by supporting families and helping every pupil to reach their potential.

Requirement: UK QTS or equivalent
