Role Responsibilities:

What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:

  • Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
  • Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Required Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

As Site Engineering Manager, you will lead all engineering and maintenance activity to support operations on site. You will be responsible for ensuring mechanical and electrical equipment operates at peak performance, driving continuous improvement, and reducing costs through innovative solutions. You will lead capital investment projects, oversee engineering budgets, and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements. Working closely with site leadership, you will develop and deliver the annual engineering strategy in line with the KP business vision and IWS principles. You will also build and lead a high-performing engineering team, developing their skills to meet current and future operational needs.
