Your role as a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive , organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

The Job
Interpreting involves listening to, understanding and memorizing content in the original ‘source’ language, then reproducing the speech into the ‘target’ language with 100% accuracy.
You will:
- Interpret for people using legal, health and local government services
- Check the non-English speakers understanding after each sentence
- Conference, consecutive and public service interpreting
- Dealing with highly confidential information
- Liaise between the service user and service provider
Requirements
- Fluent in English and another language
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- You must be aged 21 or over
- Formal qualifications such as:
- Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI)
- Community Interpreting
- NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered is advantageous
- Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages
- Any other interpreting related qualification
