As Outreach and Reintegration Lead, you will support students who have been out of education for extended periods, or who find accessing a college environment particularly challenging due to anxiety or other emotional needs.
Working predominantly 1:1, both on and off-site, you will:
- Build trusting relationships with students and their families
- Deliver tailored educational sessions that inspire confidence and engagement
- Design and implement personalised reintegration plans
- Act as a bridge between home and college, supporting a phased return to education
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each learner’s development
