The Role:

Description:
Consilium Contracting Services are an extremely fast-paced 24/7 multi-trade contracting company, with this role based in the Borders (Selkirk region and surroundings). They operate primarily in the public sector for Housing Associations and Councils, managing social housing stock using a multi-trade approach. They also work in private domestic homes.
As a 24/7 reactive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment company, they deliver more than 2,500 jobs each month, all measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These jobs range from small repairs to larger works known as Voids.
They are seeking a Joiner to join their team to assist on day-to-day management of the team in the Borders as well as delivering projects. Ideally, the individual will be familiar with Housing Associations and Councils and be a team player. The candidate must be able to undertake a variety of repair and installation jobs, including but not limited to:
- Reactive Joinery maintenance
- Planned Joinery maintenance
- General multi-trade repairs
- Locks/Ironmongery repairs and replacements (e.g., forced access)
- General refurbishment works for Voids
- Kitchen upgrades
- Bathroom upgrades
- Wet walling
- Medical adaptations
- General repair-type jobs
Please Note:
There will be a requirement for occasional out-of-hours/overtime work to complete jobs and ensure customers' essential needs are met. Additionally, you will be placed on an on-call rota (approximately 1 in 4). They request that you work your 8 hours per day in full, as start and finish times will be monitored. - Develop and implement PAM policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor PAM activities and alerts to detect potential security breaches or policy violations and take appropriate actions.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the PAM system to identify and address any security gaps or vulnerabilities.
- Work with auditors to and supply evidence as required.
- Work with teams across different territories and areas of Sky, building relationships and improving Sky's privileged security baseline.
- Be familiar designing and implementing closed loop credential management workflows.
- Stay ahead of the security curve and make best practice recommendations to senior management (NIST, NCSC etc.)
- Be able to work autonomously on complex projects, gathering key information and making appropriate recommendations.
- Design, implement, and manage the PAM system to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data and systems.
- Mentoring and support for other members of the Team.
- Be CyberArk certified to at least Defender level.
- Strong recent experience with administrating and configuration of:
- CyberArk
- Azure AD
- Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration platforms (preferably One Identity)
- Expertise in cross platform scripting (Powershell, bash etc.).
- Be a subject matter expert on both legacy and modern authentication protocols.
- Have excellent security awareness including standards e.g., IS , NIST and CIS.
- Have a good understanding of Web APIs including SOAP, REST and GraphQL architectures.
- Have experience with threat modelling methodologies e.g., STRIDE.
- Have a good understanding of Access Controls and Identity Lifecycle management.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
