What You’ll Be Doing
Leading your own section in the kitchen prepping, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
Creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency.
Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations.
Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential).
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Passion for flavour, food presentation, and consistent quality.

Report any HSE hazards, incidents, or illnesses to your line manager promptly
