About the Role We are looking for a creative and committed SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. Key Responsibilities Teach a wide range of learners aged 7+, working from EYFS through to Key Stage 2 levels. Deliver core subjects (Maths and English) and contribute to a broad and balanced curriculum. Plan and deliver lessons using a practical, play-based, and sensory-informed approach. Monitor and track pupil progress through regular marking, assessment, and feedback. Prepare, review, and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs). Attend and contribute to EHCP annual reviews, providing detailed progress updates. Take ownership of student timetables to ensure a personalised learning experience. Collaborate with colleagues and wider support teams to ensure the best outcomes for learners. Be flexible and willing to take on additional duties as requested by the Head of School.
