Community& Communications Coordinator
As a Community & Communications Coordinator you will work closely alongside the Agratas Community Engagement Manager to build positive relationships within the local community and with key project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilties:
- The main point of contact for enquiries and complaints coming into the project relating to SRM construction activities
- Provide a regularly updated forward programme of SRM construction activities on site, e.g. working hours, major milestones, unusual deliveries and communicate this to Agratas and then in turn to the local community
- Support the Agratas team in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and residents through personal visits and direct engagement
- Attend public meetings, exhibitions, and events – including parish council meetings, local community meetings and others as agreed with Agratas
- Collaborate with other partners on the Agratas-Gravity site to share and receive updates on construction issues and concerns
- Participate in STEM and educational events in the local area.
- Support local charity and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The Senior Design Manager role:
This key person will deliver technically compliant, cost efficient design solutions on construction projects during the work winning stage and/or through the project delivery stage. You'll assist with submissions and have an excellent appreciation of the clients' needs, ensuring that all questions have been answered in full, providing a commercial solution with the best possible chance of success.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish the quality of the design and verify the stage of design development and whether any elements of the design do not comply with the Employer's Requirements.
- Identify, detail and evaluate areas where the compliant design could be improved such that a better value solution could be offered in the project / tender submission.
- Identify any errors or omissions in the tender/project information, and provide advice on any such errors or omissions for inclusion on the Risk and Opportunities Schedule
- Confirm the design is compliant with Statutory Requirements including the Planning Permission, Building Regulations, CDM regulations and any Contract specified Design Standards and Codes of Practice
- Assess, in conjunction with the Planning Manager, the suitability of the proposed design about the proposed method and sequence of construction and provide advice regarding proposed changes to the design.
Your profile:
The right person for this role will be able to immerse themselves into each project and work collaboratively with the team and external stakeholders. We are looking for a creative manager who is a confident communicator, has high attention to detail, a positive attitude and is results driven.
- Be a member of a professional body (e.g. CIOB, RICS, ICE, RIBA)

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Project Engineer will focuses on developing practical, efficient, and safe construction methods. As a growing discipline in the UK, it offers strong progression opportunities.
You'll be responsible for providing support to the ‘methods' team. In particular:
- Review and input to the constructability of the permanent design.
- Draw up the structural works execution strategy.
- Draw up a preparation schedule for Methods and Plant.
- Participate in technical/price studies for different construction solutions for the structure.

Competitive salary: £38,625 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £3,000
Sociable hours: 40 per week, 8am–4:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays
Optional overtime: That is flexible to the hours you want to work
The Role
As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) division, you’ll bring your expert knowledge and problem-solving skills directly to our members – wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the limitations of a traditional garage.
We’ll set you up for success from day one with:
• Your own fully equipped RAC van and fuel card
• Full uniform and PPE
• ll the essential tools and diagnostic equipment you need

What We’re Looking For
• Leve 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• t least 3 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician on light vehicles
• A ull UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
This role is perfect for you if you’re great with customers as well as cars. You’ll enjoy variety—diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and checks—and be confident making decisions on the spot.
