They are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to open a brand new home in Tyldesley, Manchester. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 20 individuals, championing a strong safeguarding culture and ensuring consistently high standards of care.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting all governing body regulations. li>Complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Developing and motivating a high-performing team.
Your primary focus will be on enriching the lives of the people they support. As expected, the role encompasses the typical duties of a Registered Manager, such as compliance, leadership, and health and safety. To be successful in this role, you will ideally be an experienced Registered Manager within a similar environment. It is essential that you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. Your role will be working in a classroom setting often on a one-to-one basis with a young person under the guidance of a teacher.
