- You will be the second point of contact after the Form (year group) Tutors for students and parents, especially in relation to the day to day working of the Academy Behaviour Management Policy - supporting students and families in equal measure
- You will prioritise the issues arising from contacts with students and parents to minimise the disruption to the pupils learning and you will ensure that issues are deal with efficiently fairly!
- You will support personal social and academic development of students and promote their well-being within each Key Stage
- You will assist in maintaining links with home, internal and external support services involved with student welfare and safety
