In support of our continued growth, we are looking for an Avanade Client Account Lead to capitalize on our capabilities. Our goal is to originate and grow our core business by driving a collaborative growth strategy and supporting Accenture's sales and revenue targets. As Avanade Client Account Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring these objectives are met.

What you'll do:
You will collaborate with Accenture's account teams to drive Microsoft-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies and successful execution with an industry focus. Your role involves growing pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current role. This role will be responsible for leading client partnership and the successful delivery of the services and corresponding customer satisfaction.
* Build and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Accenture to drive Microsoft-focused growth.
* Lead the sale of large and complex opportunities
* Act as a trusted advisor, engaging C-level stakeholders to shape and drive digital transformation strategies.
* Support Accenture's sales efforts by providing expertise in Microsoft cloud, security, and AI solutions.
* Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Accenture's client base.
* Ensure deal compliance, contract negotiation, and financial performance alignment.
* Advocate for emerging Microsoft technologies and thought leadership within Accenture-led client engagements.

Skills and experiences:
* Experience working in partner-driven sales models, ideally with Accenture or similar strategic alliances.
* Proven success in enterprise technology sales with a focus on Microsoft solutions (Cloud, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, Biz Apps).
* Strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a structured sales environment.
* Familiarity with the sector that the roles focuses on, with the ability to engage at the C-suite level.
* Ability to align Microsoft technology solutions to business transformation needs within Accenture's consulting framework.
