Role Summary and Impact

The Activation Manager is an integral part of the GroupM Nexus Media Solutions activation team, tasked with ensuring service excellence in campaign activation. Their primary responsibility includes the comprehensive management of a specific segment of GroupM agency operations. Collaborating closely with the Activation Associate Director, the manager aims to achieve business objectives, enhance best practices, and supervise a dedicated team comprising both onshore and offshore activation specialists committed to fulfilling our clients' core expectations.

Responsibilities

Activation Excellence & Delivery
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of campaign management, including setup, quality assurance, monitoring, optimisation, reporting and reconciliation.
  • Manage campaign activation meticulously, ensuring continuous optimisation and seeking strategic opportunities.
  • Contribute to campaign forecasting to align demand with an effective supply strategy.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Engagement teams to meet agency KPIs.
  • Provide technical recommendations to achieve campaign goals.
  • Lead the testing strategy for your campaigns, overseeing planning and execution.
  • Engage in business projects to enhance our solutions and capabilities.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of the programmatic landscape and technology.

Processes and operational efficiencies
  • Uphold NMS best practices as a role model to guarantee service and process excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Activation leadership for the ongoing enhancement of processes that bolster quality, efficiency, and precision in campaigns.
  • Work with their team to deploy data, AI and analytics to drive campaign performance.
  • Troubleshoot using technical acumen and reporting tools, promptly escalating issues.
  • Oversee campaigns to achieve margin targets, assist in monetisation and billing processes, and coordinate with senior team members for monetisation strategies and quality.
  • Provide recommendations for planning and execution, implement AI-driven measurement solutions, and deliver effective Post-Campaign Analyses (PCAs) showcasing successful client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the identification, testing and deployment of automation opportunities to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Work in unison with the offshore team to execute client campaigns proficiently.
  • Monitor campaign delivery with available systems and tools, address recurring issues, and share insights for the team's and organisation's growth.

People & Culture
  • Oversee and mentor Activation Executives, fostering their growth and development.
  • Deliver timely, constructive feedback to Activation Executives to enhance continuous learning and drive activation excellence.
  • Stay informed of the programmatic landscape through collaboration with the Activation Director.

We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. About the role

Reporting to our Head of Brand, you’ll lead the planning and execution of brand experiences that drive consumer engagement and deliver measurable business results. The Global Digital Web Activation Manager - Ostomy plays a critical role in shaping and executing Convatec's digital strategy for the Ostomy portfolio across key global markets. The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Plum in the London office. You’ll be expected to deeply understand how users think about money, build features that align to Plum's strategy and vision, to help our customers achieve their wealth goals and to solve customer problems.

This role will take on User Onboarding and Activation for our product and will drive strategy and experience for it. Your goal is to enable people to do more with their money!

Ideally You Will

  • Drive user onboarding initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience, increasing user activation, and improving overall conversion rates.
  • Work with a team of talented product-minded engineers to achieve a common growth goal.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, customer support and compliance to ensure seamless user journeys.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Plum has a market leading product.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Mixpanel or similar platforms, to analyse user behaviour, identify pain points, and optimise conversion funnels.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Champion a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user needs and preferences are at the forefront of decision-making.
  • Be a growth leader and help Plum expand into EU markets.

Ideally You

  • Have demonstrated success in managing mobile app products within a B2C environment, with a focus on developing and implementing successful user onboarding and activation strategies that drive engagement, retention, and monetisation.
  • Are strongly proficient in optimising user funnels and conversion rates within mobile apps, leveraging data-driven insights, experimentation techniques and connecting the dot that enable you to make step changes in the product.
  • Are able to manage a team of engineers, speak their language and are able to constructively challenge them to drive impact.
  • Are able to transmit your enthusiasm to your team and make sure you are all working effectively towards your outcome
  • Have experience in working with products that cater to users in multiple countries, understanding the nuances of localisation, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements.
  • Have familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in the mobile app ecosystem, including but not limited to app analytics platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, effectively communicating product requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Have knowledge of industry-standard compliance and security practices within the Fintech sector, ensuring that products adhere to regulatory standards and protect user data.
  • Have a proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional user experiences in a competitive market landscape.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across diverse teams and geographies.

The Senior Brand Activation Lead, reporting to the Head of Brand & Creative Activation, is a strategically-minded creative lead with a breadth and depth of experiences across all facets of Brand & Creative - including brand strategy, concept development, production and global activation - working closely with our strategists, creative teams, and marketing partners, in support of Logitech's marketing and creative campaigns. **In this role you will:**
+ Lead brand and creative initiatives with a strategic perspective, anchored in Logitech brand and business objectives, working closely with our strategists, creative teams, marketing partners and project managers.
+ Work closely with our Creative Directors to ensure internal and external teams and partners deliver integrated world-class strategy, creative and solutions that are aligned with overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels, in close partnership with internal stakeholders.
+ Manage brief changes, evolutions of strategic direction, the incorporation of feedback, scenario planning, preparation for creative testing, securing the right creative production, and ensuring that final deliverables are aligned with the brief.
+ Work closely with our Brand Strategist and Logitech Insights teams to analyze and disseminate actionable insights from culture, social listening, and research (including Brand Health Tracker), to inform brand initiatives and activations.
+ Identify and call-out synergies across Logitech brand initiatives.
+ Initiate and drive opportunities independently, while operating in an ambiguous environment that changes quickly, with a high level of collaboration.
+ Identify and flex priorities across strategic and creative workstreams in real-time, including resource recommendations to project assignments across internal and external creative teams.
+ Track the outcomes of projects and initiatives with an eye toward identifying and disseminating best practices .
+ Be a trusted and proactive partner with teams across Logitech that work on and support brand activation initiatives, including marketing teams, corporate communications, our logitech.com team, investor relations, creative and design teams communications, and our operations team.
**Key Qualifications:**

+ 10+ years of experience directly managing brand and creative workstreams and related budgets, working collaboratively with business stakeholders, brand strategists, and creative directors.
